Scope of Inspection

2. Pipes/Tubes/Fittings lnspection of pipes and tubes of all kinds of materials, namely C. steels, Stainless steels, Alloy steels as per ASTM, ASME & API, Elbows, Bends, Reducers, Tees, Cross Tees, Flanges (plain, SORF, Weld Neck flanges, Sockets, Nuts & Bolts of all standard sizes and varieties.
3. Bars & Sections Round, Square billets / bars of different kinds of materials, Drawn sections like l-beams, Channels, Angles etc.
4. Castings Castings of Valve bodies, side pieces and other applications.
5. Refractory / lnsulation Bricks lnspection, Testing of Refractory bricks and insulation bricks used in Boiler furnaces
6. Wire Ropes, Chains lnspection of metallic wire ropes, Slings, Hooks, Deshackles, Polyropylene ropes.
7. Forgings / Extruded Sections, Channels, Angles TPI of stores materials, purchased materials Material identification, Witnessing of test and clearance for use.
8. Readymade Engg. ltems TPI of industrialvalves, Chain Pulley Blocks, Compressors, EUT / HUT Cranes. Forged and machined components, Safely valves, Control valves, lndustrial valves (Ball, Needle, Gate, Globe, Butterfly)
9. Pressure Vessels Third Party lnspection of fabrication jobs as per lS, ASME DIN & BS codes / specifications from material's identification to load out stage inclusive of drawing review / approvals, job expediting.
10. Heat Exchangers TPI of Heat Exchangers of SS & CS as per Codes & Specs & Clients approved drawings. lnspection of Tubes / Tube sheets, Tube to tube sheets weld joints, hydro test witnesses and certifications.
11. Storage Tanks CS/ SS storage tanks of different capacities cap. 2.s KL to 1000 KL as per codes and specifications & as per clients approved drawings.
12. Industrial Chimneys Chimney design, drawing, fabrication inspection, installation, Verticality inspection, stability analysis. Thickness measurements.
13. Cooling Towers Inspection of FRP cooling towers.
14. Glass & Rubber Lined Vessels Inspection and testing of Jacketed vessels with agitator assembly of material SS-310 L of different capacities.
15. Agitors / Reactors Jacketed vessels with agitator assembly of material ss-316 L of different capacities, lined with glass, rubber being inspected and certified.
16. Metallurgy & Failure Analysis Materials selection, inspection, testing & evaluation for the specified job through metallographic tests. Failure Analysis & Determination of materials inclusion ratings. internal Quality audit in respect of e. C. Systems of the company.
17. Welding Engg. & Technology Preparation of WPS [Welding Procedure Specification] Approved & Qualification of WPS for PQR [Procedure Qualification Record] welders Training, Qualification & certification as per client's & Job requirements. [1G to 6 G & 6GR] Welder's approval for their use on actual job To deal with various other Welding sequence, Review of weld radiographs & testing of weld joints.
18. Machinery & Equipment All industrial safety instruments i.e inspection of Machinery & Equipment (Including Inspection of Cranes, Lifting Equipment’s, and Forklift).
19. Quality Audit & Site Supervision Visit to Client's Plant, Fabrication work shop to check the Quality control system, to improve upon them for enhanced to develop system for quality control for the job in.
20. Instrumentation Inspection / Calibration of Valves, Flow indicators, Tl, Ll, PG, Switches.
